Your Tires Under Pressure

Car owners know how important it is to keep up with routine maintenance to keep their car safe. With so many systems and parts to keep track of sometimes car tires are overlooked. Below is an explanation of what the tire pressure warning light is and what to do if it comes on:
  • Tire Pressure Warning Light- The tire pressure warning light indicates that one or more of your tires are not properly inflated. Most new model cars have a menu where you can see which tire or tires not properly inflated. (https://www.yourmechanic.com/article/what-does-the-tire-pressure-warning-light-mean-by-spencer-cates).
  • Stop- If the tire pressure warning light comes on pull over to a safe location and inspect your tire or tires to see if you have enough tire pressure to get to a location to fill them up or if you will need to call roadside assistance.
